The physio’s tip:
“If you’re facing painful engorgement that blocks milk flow, use combination therapy: apply the hot compress for 5 to 10 minutes just before expressing to release the ducts. After the pumping session, apply the cold compress for 15 minutes to calm inflammation and reduce tissue swelling. This is the most effective physical protocol!”
How to use & care

To heat (in microwave): Place the compress in its cover and microwave for the time indicated in the instructions (approximately 15 seconds depending on power). Adjust in 5-second increments if necessary.

To cool (in freezer): Place the compresses in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

With your pump: Heat the compress, slide it into its cover, then secure it around your pump flange using the cutout provided for this purpose.

Care: Clean the compresses with warm water and mild soap. The fabric covers are machine-washable at 30°
