Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method. For customers in mainland France, delivery is expected within 2 to 5 days. For international deliveries, the timeframe may vary from 3 to 7 days depending on the carrier. You will find all the relevant information when choosing your delivery option and in your parcel tracking.

For legal and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back equipment that has been opened, tried on, or used. We are sorry. In the future, we are considering creating trial kits for mums, but at the moment the legal and logistical conditions are not in place.

Yes, we offer delivery to Mondial Relay and Relais Pick Up collection points.

I recommend that you meet with a breast pump professional who can help you with your choice, if possible; you will find a list in the directory. If that is not possible, I have created a selection and measurement guide to help you. But please note that unfortunately, even a very good measurement is not enough to validate a flange: you need to observe the flange in the Breast pump and assess your comfort and your output.

More and more alternatives to plastic are starting to appear on the market: silicone flanges, silicone storage bags, glass jars, stainless-steel breast pump collection bottles… As the shop grows, we plan to offer you these alternatives. To date, we sell silicone flanges (Lupa, Bareshield, Lacteck, Pumpin’Pal), Lansinoh glass bottles, and NUK glass baby bottles.

Disassemble all the parts of your kit and wash everything except the tubing and the motor. Use fragrance-free washing-up liquid, hot water, and a silicone brush with a bottle brush. If you pump several times a day, you can keep your kit in the fridge in a clean freezer bag or a storage container after rinsing it. Once your Breast pump has been disassembled and washed, let it dry on a clean cloth, clean paper towel, or a clean bottle drying rack. Do not wipe dry. Wash your equipment at least once a day.

If you have a fragile baby (premature birth, illness, low weight), clean your Breast pump more often and sterilise your equipment once a day. In these specific cases, your lactation consultant will be able to give you informed advice.

If you are out and about without access to cold storage or plenty of drinking water, I offer cleaning wipes for these specific situations.

Your motor unit must not be exposed to water. To clean dust and splashes, use a well-wrung sponge or a damp cloth and rub. Be gentle if you have a touchscreen. The tubing is cleaned with the same precautions: it must not go in water. If you notice condensation or milk, it must be replaced very quickly: you could damage your motor.

Some skin is very reactive, and certain materials or products can cause reactions such as redness, itching… In these cases, we recommend that you do not continue using this equipment.

The silicone parts of your Breast pump (valves and membranes) wear out over time and with intensive use. Depending on the model, the manufacturer may provide replacement guidelines. Clearly, a mum who uses her Breast pump very intensively will need to replace parts sooner than someone who uses it occasionally.

The tubing (transparent tubes) must be replaced if you notice condensation or milk inside the tube.

Flanges must be replaced if you notice they have become deformed, split, or cracked. Silicone flanges are more fragile than plastic flanges.

If you can, ask for help around you (maternity ward, neighbours, family, pharmacy…). You can also compare with the diameter of a coin: a 2-euro cent coin corresponds to 18 mm; a 1-euro cent coin corresponds to 16 mm; a 10 Swiss centime coin corresponds to 19 mm; a 50 Swiss centime coin corresponds to 17 mm; a 5 Swiss centime coin corresponds to 16 mm.
