About a Dedicated Physiotherapist
Clinical Expertise Supporting Your Breastfeeding Journey
I am Manon Genelot. A physiotherapist for over 10 years, I have chosen to place the health of mothers and babies at the heart of my practice. At 35, my approach is based on a fundamental principle: breastfeeding should not be a source of suffering, but a supported journey.
A training journey dedicated to mothers.
When I became a mother, I understood that breastfeeding deserved a more specialized approach. I therefore chose to train with international experts in the field of physiotherapy applied to breastfeeding.
This expertise now allows me to better understand the mechanisms of suckling, the difficulties encountered by some infants, and the issues that can affect the comfort and success of breastfeeding.
I also deepened my knowledge in the field of breast pumping with Manon Link (@MamaLactée), an IBCLC consultant in the United States. This specialization allows me to support mothers who wish to express their milk with tailored advice and truly effective technical solutions.
More Than a Professional, a Mother Who Understands You
My expertise was not built solely through my training and consultations. It was also forged through my own journey as a mother.
I breastfed my daughter for several years and, like many women, went through the various stages that punctuate this adventure. I experienced the initial questions, the necessary adjustments when difficulties arose, and also the challenges related to returning to work.
For nearly a year, I pumped my milk to reconcile my professional activity with my breastfeeding goals.
An experience that allowed me to realize how much the right equipment, the right information, and the right support can transform daily life.
Sensitive to the challenges related to feeding the most fragile infants, I also had the opportunity to become a milk donor for the Lactarium of Lyon.
A profoundly human experience that strengthened my commitment to breastfeeding families.
Why My Precious Milk Was Born
Throughout my consultations and my own breastfeeding journey, I observed the same reality: mothers lack reliable information, struggle to find equipment truly suited to their needs, and often find themselves alone with their difficulties.
I also discovered how much certain accessories presented as standard are not the most adapted to the physiology of breastfeeding. Between contradictory recommendations, hard-to-find products, and sometimes poorly explained solutions, it’s easy to feel lost.
I created My Precious Milk to offer families simpler access to carefully selected products, accompanied by clear advice and an approach based on expertise rather than marketing.
My Mission and My Vision
My mission is to make breastfeeding simpler and more accessible by helping every mother find solutions truly adapted to her situation.
To achieve this, I research, select, and test specialized equipment from around the world to offer reliable, innovative products that respect the physiology of breastfeeding.
My role doesn’t stop at selection: I also strive to make these tools understandable and easy to use through clear and accessible advice.
My vision is of a world where no mother should have to give up her breastfeeding goals due to lack of information, suitable equipment, or support.
I dream of simpler access to the best available solutions, without having to navigate contradictory advice or unsuitable products.
Through My Precious Milk, I wish to contribute to a more serene, comfortable, and respectful experience of each family’s needs, so that every mother can move forward with confidence in her breastfeeding journey.
What I Refuse for You
Because my priority is your body’s health and the success of your project, there are compromises I will never make. On MyPreciousMilk, you will not find
The Marketing of False Promises
Equipment Without Support
Pain as an Inevitability
Unnecessary Waste
Technical Opacity
The Illusion of a Universal "Miracle" Solution
My Selection Method
Clinical Rigor Above All
Selecting a product for MyPreciousMilk is a rigorous process that goes far beyond aesthetics or trends. My approach involves three validation steps
Physiological Analysis
Before integrating a product, I study its compatibility with breast dynamics and infant suckling. I prioritize materials and shapes that respect the integrity of breast tissues and promote effective drainage, without harmful compression.
Field Testing
Drawing on my consultation experience and my own journey as a pumping mother, I test the ergonomics and durability of the equipment. A good product must be effective, but above all, it must be easy to integrate into the intense logistical life of a family.
International Sourcing
Because innovation knows no borders, I scrutinize technological advancements in the United States and Asia. I do not hesitate to import technological gems unknown in Europe, as long as they provide real therapeutic added value and superior comfort to the mothers I support.
Find the Solution Adapted to Your Situation
Breastfeeding and pumping are not “one-size-fits-all” journeys. Because your needs depend on your anatomy, your milk production, and your life project, I help you see more clearly.
