Who is this product for?
The Pano flange model from Maymom is a flange with a wider angle than the Classic version. It features a soft silicone rim that increases comfort between the skin and the flange. This flange can help limit areola suction.
This is an ideal flange if you have a wide and extended breast and have difficulty achieving a seal with a standard flange with a 90° angle (Maymom Classic, Comfy, Lupa, Bareshield...).
It is transparent, allowing clear observation of nipple behavior and milk ejection during pumping
It is available in a wide range of sizes from 9mm to 19mm. The Pano flange tunnel is cylindrical in shape with a length of 32 mm.
Flanges can be hand washed, dishwasher cleaned, sterilized in boiling water, with sterilization tablets, or in microwave sterilization bags designed for this purpose.

→ I have a wide and extended breast
→ Discomfort at the nipple/areola junction or skin/flange interface
→ My nipple does not elongate excessively in the tunnel (+50% of its length)
